Airport Co-Op Guidelines

Lincoln Hills Residents Only

Annual Dues are $15.00 per household (Calendar year Jan – Dec).  Dues not prorated

Transport is to the Sacramento Airport.

The Co-Op works on a debit/credit system. One credit each way for the driver and one debit each way for the traveler.

NOTE WELL:  Flights scheduled before 7am and flights scheduled 10pm or after - two credits for the driver and two debits for the traveler.

This is tied to flight schedule times, NOT pickup time.

You must go through the monthly secretary or you will not earn points. BOTH PARTIES should call in rides no later than one week after rides occur to be sure credit and/or debit is recorded.

BE SURE TO PROTECT YOUR POINTS

Procedure for getting a ride is as follows:

At least 10 days (more time is better) prior to date of travel, traveler calls the secretary of the month to give flight information.

The secretary will then give the traveler at least three names to call. The traveler makes the arrangements for the rides.

As soon as the traveler has acquired the rides, the traveler must call the secretary to report who the driver(s) will be.

It is strongly recommended the traveler call the driver on the night before travel as a reminder. Traveler may wish to send their return pick up driver a reminder postcard prior to departure.

If your flight plans change please notify your driver(s) and the current monthly secretary. DO NOT pack these important phone numbers in your checked luggage. PLACE THEM IN YOUR CARRY ON.

IF YOU FORGET TO PICK UP YOUR TRAVELER AS YOU HAVE CONTRACTED TO DO, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST INCURRED BY THE TRAVELER TO GET HOME.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK WWW.FLIGHTARRIVALS.COM  TO SEE IF THE ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE IS ONE TIME.  THIS WILL ELIMINATE ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT TO EARLY.

Please use Airport Co-op placard in car window and on luggage.

We cannot guarantee you will always be able to secure a ride. There may be times you will have to make alternative plans.
